Mum & Baby Yoga - Finchampstead Children's Centre (Wokingham)

This is a fun, free, and relaxed mum and baby yoga session running every Wednesday 11:30am-12:30pm at Finchampstead Children's Centre in Wokingham.

This session is open to all abilities and delivered by a qualified instructor. This is a drop in session so no need to book on, but please do complete a sign up form before you attend a session - https://www.sportinmind.org/online-sign-up
