Mum & Baby Yoga in Aylesbury

Starts Friday 3rd July!

This is a free, weekly Mum and Baby Yoga session delivered every Friday during term time from 10am to 11am at Best Start in Life Elmhurst Family Hub, Dunsham Lane, Aylesbury, HP20 2DB, with Alice. 

This session is open to all abilities (even if you have never tried it before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind!

Useful Information:

• There is no parking available at the centre, but there is on-street parking available nearby and at the community centre next door
• The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk away
• Please wear comfortable clothing
• Meeting Point: Please speak to reception and they can direct you to the room, or walk around the right hand side of the building, through the wooden gate and into the main hall
